This year's holiday blend offers a complex layering of berry fruit and floral notes over a base of cherry cola and dark chocolate. Its smooth body and sparkling, juicy acidity make it a vibrant cup for celebrating the season.

The 2025 Rosy Cheeks Blend is an pairing of high-altitude Naturals blended together for the festive season. A special Nicaragua Carbonic Maceration Natural is blended together with a natural Ethiopia from the Sidama region.

The Nicaragua component provides the blend's deep sweetness and concentration, sourced through the pioneering social enterprise, Gold Mountain Coffee Growers (GMCG). Working with member farms in Matagalpa and Jinotega, GMCG employs a meticulous Carbonic Maceration (CM) Natural process; a technique borrowed from winemaking. Cherries are fermented in sealed tanks with precise pH and Brix monitoring to maximize malic juiciness and emphasize clean fruit flavors over any intense funky notes. This innovative processing, along with GMCG’s commitment to community projects like free education and medical assistance for their farmers, ensures every vibrant sip has a profound impact.

The Ethiopia Sidama, sourced from high elevations and traditionally natural processed, lends some body, berry fruit notes, floral, and citrus; providing some depth and balance.
